Fun at the Lake!

We made it to Connecticut and stayed a whole week in a beautiful lake house right on the lake. It was built in the 1890s and had three floors and seven bedrooms. It was amazing. I felt like we were in a book like Anne of Green Gables. The only downside was no air conditioning! The first half of the week was very mild. When it got hotter, it was hard to get any relief except for in the water!

We did it just fine! Then Peter decided we should go on a ride together.

Fall 1

Fall 2

Here we go again. He is going to try it on his knees

Why not stand up?

Fall 3

He's on his own!

He obviously has some balance issues!

Those three splashes in the water are people swimming the whole width of the lake

Annie has seen his record, and she's not too happy to be on this thing with him.

She felt much better about going with Mom!
