We happened to be in Beaumont, where we were married on our 9th anniversary. We went out to our favorite Beaumont (Lumberton) restaurant Catfish Cabin and celebrated with the whole family. It is funny because when Peter went down to Beaumont to ask my parents' permission to marry me he took them out to eat here with my sisters who would have been in high school at the time! Crazy! I used to care about going out alone on our anniversary, but this year really enjoyed being with our children. This is what we have built in the last 9 years, we should celebrate all of us. It also helps that the kids are now old enough to behave in a restaurant!
